This Privacy Policy applies to activities carried out by Chat2Find (Private) Limited, its affiliates, and service providers (collectively, “AI Mart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). AI Mart is the data controller of your personal information for the purposes of applicable data protection laws in Sri Lanka, including the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
1. GOVERNMENT INFORMATION & TRANSPARENCY
To comply with Google Play policies regarding “Misleading Claims” and “Government Services,” AIMart provides the following explicit disclosures:
- Non-Affiliation: AIMart is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government entity, including the Government of Sri Lanka.
- No Government Services: The app does not facilitate, provide, or represent official government services.
- Data Sourcing: When users interact with tools such as LankaLaw, LankaTax, LankaBIZ, or ExamPazz, the AI retrieves information from publicly available official domains. These include:
- Education: Department of Examinations Sri Lanka (https://doenets.lk)
- Legal: Parliament of Sri Lanka (https://www.parliament.lk)
- Taxation: Ministry of Finance / Treasury Sri Lanka (https://www.treasury.gov.lk)
- Business: Department of the Registrar of Companies (https://drc.gov.lk)
- User Responsibility: AI-generated responses regarding government data are for informational purposes only. Users must verify all authoritative information through the official sources listed above.
2. Information We Collect, How It Is Used, and Legal Basis
Account Information
We collect information such as your email address, phone number, and a unique user ID to create and manage your AI Mart account and to verify your identity. Depending on your location and applicable legal requirements, we may also request your date of birth for age verification purposes.
We collect your IP address and general location information to help personalize your experience, including providing region-relevant AI responses.
Interactions with AI Tools, Bots, and Apps
When you interact with AI-powered tools on AIMart, the content of your interactions—including prompts, messages, and any files you upload—is processed to generate responses.
- Sharing with Providers: Your prompts may be shared with third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Google) to generate the response.
- Personal Data in Prompts: IMPORTANT NOTICE: You should avoid sharing sensitive personal data such as financial details, passwords, or health information within AI prompts.
Device and Technical Information
We collect information about your device (OS version, device type, application version) for analytics, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Subscription and Billing Information
Billing is processed by trusted third-party payment service providers. AI Mart does not store full payment card details.
