If you purchase paid services or subscriptions on AI Mart, your billing information is collected and processed by trusted third-party payment service providers. Information collected may include your name, billing address, email address, phone number, and payment method details. AI Mart does not store full payment card details. This processing is necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you.
Creator and Developer Payments
If you participate as a creator, developer, or service provider on AI Mart and are eligible for payments, we may collect and share your email address and payment-related details with our payment processors. Where legally required, we may also collect tax-related information such as identification numbers and addresses to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
