Welcome to AIMart! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Mart (Private) Limited (“AI Mart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the AIMart platform, applications, and services.
1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM & GOVERNMENT DISCLOSURE
AIMart is a digital marketplace facilitating access to third-party artificial intelligence tools.
IMPORTANT GOVERNMENT NOTICE:
- Non-Affiliation: AIMart is a private platform. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government entity, including the Government of Sri Lanka.
- No Official Status: The Service does not provide official government services or authoritative legal/tax advice.
- Source Attribution: For tools that retrieve government-related information (e.g., LankaLaw, LankaTax, ExamPazz), the AI retrieves data from publicly available official sources (e.g., parliament.lk, ird.gov.lk alternatives, doenets.lk). These are listed in our Privacy Policy.
2. USE OF THE SERVICE & AI OUTPUTS
2.1 Accuracy of AI Outputs
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
- Verification Required: You must verify all AI-generated information, especially legal, financial, or tax data, against the official government sources referenced.
- No Professional Advice: Outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
2.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided. AI Mart acts only as a technical interface and is not liable for actions taken based on AI responses.
3. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use AIMart to:
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as official government communication.
- Violate any laws of Sri Lanka or international regulations.
- Harass, deceive, or engage in fraudulent activities using AI tools.
4. DATA & PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes specific disclosures regarding how AI tools process information from official data sources.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mart shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of AI tools or the reliance on AI-generated outputs. All services are provided “as is.”
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
